This modified Craftsman style home with American Four Square and Colonial influences was built in 1916 by Isaac and Lydia Shockey. Isaac was a founder of Shockey and Landes Hardware & furniture Store. Later owned by Fred Coulson, who worked for C.L. Brown's United Telephone Co.
