T.H. Mallott Residence

Built in the Queen Anne-Estlake style in 1886 by Thomas H. Malott, grandfather of Deane Mallot, chancellor of Cornell University. This home was later owned by C.L. Brown, founder of United Telephone Co. (now known as Spring), who modernized it in 1914 to reflect its current Queen Anne-Free Classic style, adding Praire-style stained glass windows.
